支払時期、商品注文時点でお支払いが確定いたします。
代引き手数料は下記のとおりです。
総お支払い金額(商品代＋送料)に応じて、代金引換手数料が決まります。
0円以上～10,001円未満 ・・・330円
10,001円以上～30,001円未満 ・・・440円
30,001円以上～100,001円未満 ・・・660円
100,001円以上～300,001円未満 ・・・1,100円
300,001円以上～500,001円未満 ・・・2,200円
販売価格について
販売価格は、表示された金額（表示価格/消費税込）と致します。
なお、別途配送料がかかります。
※10,000円以上のお買い上げいただいた方には配送料無料となっております
送料について
送料は全国一律700円となります。
商品の引渡・役務の提供時期
各商品ページに記載しております。ご購入時ご確認をお願いいたします。
記載のない場合は以下ご参考にしていただけますと幸いです。
発送までの目安期間
各商品、入金後1週間以内に提携倉庫からの発送となります。
※上記はあくまで目安期間となります。外部の卸売や製造業者、配送業者などの状況によって前後する恐れがございますのでご留意ください。
複数商品ご注文時の配送について
複数商品を同一注文番号でご購入の場合は、全て揃ってからの発送となりますのでご了承ください。
※発送メール通知後は、追跡番号を元に、配送業者にお客様自身で荷物の状況をご確認いただけますと幸いです。
ご注文後の返品・キャンセルについて
①対応方針
ご注文後のキャンセルは承っておりません。
ご注文前に購入商品の状態や、購入内容をご確認いただいた上でご購入をお願いいたします。
また、原則お客様都合での返品は承っておりません。
しかしながら、以下のように当社の過失による場合は、お客様に金銭的なご負担が一切ないように返品または同一商品と交換の対応をさせて頂きます。
ご注文いただいた商品と異なる商品が届いた場合
商品説明に記載の内容と実際の商品のコンディションに著しく相違がある場合
②ご申告の方法①の弊社の過失に該当しました場合は、商品到着日から3日以内に、ストアの問い合わせより必要写真を添付の上ご連絡をお願いいたします。

About shipping cost
The shipping fee will be 3500 yen overseas and 700 yen nationwide.
Customs duty will be borne by the customer.

About delivery when ordering multiple products
Please note that if you purchase multiple items with the same order number, they will be shipped after all items are available.
* After notifying the shipping email, we would appreciate it if you could check the status of the package by yourself with the delivery company based on the tracking number.
About returns / cancellations after ordering
① Response policy
We do not accept cancellations after your order has been placed.
Please check the condition of the purchased product and the purchase details before ordering.
In principle, we do not accept returns for customer convenience.
However, in the case of our negligence as described below, we will return or exchange for the same product so that the customer will not be financially burdened at all.
